Modern Glam with Pearl Glitter Wallpaper

September 12, 2018 By Jaima Leave a Comment

You want the look of Hollywood glam in a subtle way but not sure how to pull it off? Select patterns that reflect the elegance of the past and mix them with modern prints. “Ammi” is a contemporary pattern that is printed on white in a pearl glitter ink. The Glitter creates a subtle bling affect on the wall and adds a touch of simple luxury to any decor. Mix it with “Solana“, a faux vinyl embossed grasscloth. It’s great for durability but feels and looks all natural. Finish the interior with a timeless Chinoiserie toile fabric with a pop of Fuschia and your subtle Hollywood Glam look is born!

I also believe each and every one of us have our own unique “ DNA design sense.”( well…that’s what I call it) This is where our creativity speaks out and attracts us to specific patterns. After that ” what is the inspiration behind a prints technique?”

Well, it all depends on the designers vision and what story they want to convey to us.  Designers are inspired by various things like nature and fashion but really it can be anything that moves their inner soul which drives their creativity.  But that is only one piece of the puzzle. The second step comes from innovation and how the designer wants to translate his story through technology.  One print trend surfacing for 2012 is a new technique known as ‘under the microscope.”  Read On…
