Anna Dello Russo, editor-at-large and creative consultant for Vogue Japan, is nothing if not awe-inspiring in her statement making ensembles.  As we approach our most patriotism inducing day here in the U S of A, Dello Russo manages to maintain her style savvy and pay homage to her own homeland in one fell swoop. She brought Italian designer Fausto Puglisi to the forefront, wearing his designs all over her fashion week pit stops, and continued the trend with a D&G scarf dress.
