Ok…I found this by accident but loved the idea of the temporary facial and body art floral’s. As a lover of flowers and gardens, this is a very creative take on wearing your favorite pattern.
Deidre But-Husaim is an Australian artist who paints floral’s and realistic paintings on peoples faces, torsos and collar bones. I love this approach for marketing Pattern People. As an interior stylist, fabric and wallpaper designer, I often buy vintage prints or new creations painted by artists and often come from companies like Pattern People. This is propecia dose definitely a fresh take on pattern.
Deidre who owns a studio is a painter and designs patterns and prints. Apparently she was inspired by a local Tatoo parlor which spurred her to paint on people and as she says ” found the casual acquisition of permanent body markings on young and old.”
This is very unique and I have never seen anything quite like it. I do remember seeing Demi Moore’s body painted on the cover of Vanity Fair years ago and I wonder who painted that? Thanks Deidre for these lovely images of flower prints. Have a look at PatternPeople as they have some really creative artists who paint designs for various industries like clothing, fabrics, wallpapers and interiors. Enjoy!
