I am an interior stylist who loves to decorate with pattern and color.
I truly believe pattern makes a house into a home. As an experienced product designer of fabric and wallpaper, I have a natural talent for design, whether it be jewelry, bags or interiors. I believe “Good design is always in style”. I was blessed with a natural design talent. Even when I was younger, my styling started with fashion when I dressed for school. I would always try on 4 to 5 outfits and wouldn’t leave until the “look”was complete. My visual expertise in design grew with the arts; especially as my mother and I painted early on together, honing my skills in balancing and creating color schemes. As I am so visually oriented it was only natural to become a design stylist. Growing up with English parents, spending summers in England and traveling foreign countries only enhanced my love for color and design. For many years I designed wallpaper collections for companies but many showrooms wanted me to develop a high end brand. So Jaima Brown Home was created and is a wallpaper and fabric line. My newest venture is in fashion. I am creating jewelry and handbags while also staging and re-designing clients spaces.
In addition to being a designer, speaker and wife to a loving husband, dog and parrot, my other interests include skiing, flowers and anything visual with color. I now reside in Naples Florida and love all the wonderful flowers, the water and the beautiful homes to look at while walking my dog. Originally I am from Montreal Canada so there is definitely a weather change but I love it.
